Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Golang Software Engineer to join our team and help build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, experience with distributed systems, and a passion for writing clean, efficient code.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang.
- Build scalable, high-performance, and resilient microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in production.
- Implement and manage database solutions such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Work with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) for seamless communication between services.
- Follow best coding practices, conduct code reviews, and ensure software security.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in backend development using Golang.
- Solid understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and Golang’s standard library.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with API development, including REST, gRPC, and GraphQL.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
