Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform financial reporting, forecasting, and operational metrics
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Work with relevant stakeholders to collect, summarize and report financial performance for regular management review
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Strategize on how to accomplish financial performance of the organization according to the business aspiration
- Drive any necessary alignment with relevant stakeholders to achieve financial goals of the organization
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics
- Prior experience and knowledge in similar industry will be advantageous
- Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
- Strong financial modeling experience
