Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Attribution and Tracking Specialist to join our team on-site. This full-time career-focused position is designed for a professional female candidate, aged 22 or older, who meets the necessary eligibility requirements. You will be responsible for the integrity of our marketing data, ensuring that every digital interaction is correctly captured and attributed. This role is vital for optimizing our marketing spend and understanding the customer journey in depth. Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include the end-to-end implementation of tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager and GA4. You will manage pixel deployments for various advertising platforms, maintain server-side tracking setups, and audit existing configurations to ensure data accuracy. You will collaborate with the marketing team to define key performance indicators and build robust attribution models that reflect our business goals. Additionally, you will troubleshoot tracking issues, document technical specifications, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. Kualifikasi

  • Minimum age of 22 years and meeting all specified eligibility criteria.
  • Proven experience in digital analytics and tracking implementation (Skill ID: 6226f6692d9a642279775ad6).
  • Expertise in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and various advertising pixels.
  • Strong understanding of attribution modeling and data privacy regulations.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site at our designated office location.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting complex tracking discrepancies across web and mobile.
  • Preferred: Background in data science, marketing, or a related technical field.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical data into business insights.
