- Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets
- Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
- Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand-appropriate
- Manage the creative process from concept to completion
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
- Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any reputable universities
- Prior experience and knowledge in similar industry will be advantageous
- Have experience in leading a big team (i.e 10 people)
- Have graphic design and digital strategy skills
- Understand social media, online media jargon, and technology
- Have knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing
- Highly creative and inquisitive mind
- Leadership skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Must be able to manage the creative team from concept to completion of the projects with strong leadership
- Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers across levels and disciplines
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment and setting ambitious goals
- Naturally well organized and unfazed when working towards deadlines
- Good sense of work coordination and keen attention to detail.
