Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. This career-focused role is designed for a professional female candidate, aged 22 or older, who is looking to build a long-term career within a structured office environment. As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be the backbone of our information management system, ensuring that all data is processed accurately and efficiently. This is an on-site position requiring daily presence at our headquarters to collaborate with various departments. Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include accurately entering and updating data into our internal databases from various source documents. You will be responsible for verifying the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents, identifying and correcting errors, and maintaining a systematic filing system for easy retrieval. Additionally, you will generate regular reports for management, assist in administrative tasks to support the operations team, and ensure that all sensitive information is handled with the utmost confidentiality. Kualifikasi

  • Minimum age of 22 years old is required for this position.
  • Female candidates with a strong professional background in administration.
  • Must meet Eligibility 1 criteria for employment status.
  • Proven proficiency in data entry software and MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site at our office location.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
