Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including audience targeting, creative testing, and budget pacing. Own SEO strategy: technical audits, on-page optimization, content briefs, and link-building experiments tracked in Google Search Console and Ahrefs. Build and maintain dashboards in GA4 and Looker Studio to surface CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and channel attribution insights weekly. Run A/B tests on landing pages and email flows; collaborate with design and content teams to ship variants quickly. Own the email and push lifecycle: segmentation, drip campaigns, win-back flows, and deliverability monitoring. Report performance to leadership in a clear, decision-oriented format every two weeks.
Kualifikasi
Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with verifiable results, such as CAC reduction, traffic growth, or revenue lift. Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and at least one SEO tool such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz. Comfortable querying data: spreadsheets advanced, basic SQL is a plus. Excellent written and spoken English; able to write campaign copy and brief creative independently. Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable iterating fast on incomplete information. Bonus: experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Customer.io, or Braze, and basic HTML and CSS for email templating.
