Kami sedang mencari seorang Attribution & Tracking Specialist yang berdedikasi untuk bergabung dengan tim kami secara full-time di kantor (on-site). Peran ini sangat krusial dalam memastikan akurasi data pemasaran dan efektivitas kampanye melalui pelacakan yang tepat. Sebagai spesialis, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola administrasi situs web dan mengimplementasikan sistem atribusi yang kompleks. Kami mencari kandidat perempuan berusia minimal 22 tahun yang saat ini sedang menempuh pendidikan tinggi (non-tingkat akhir) namun siap berkomitmen penuh waktu untuk membangun karier jangka panjang bersama kami. Tanggung Jawab Utama: 1. Mengelola dan memelihara administrasi situs web untuk memastikan semua skrip pelacakan berjalan optimal. 2. Mengimplementasikan dan mengonfigurasi alat pelacakan seperti Google Tag Manager, GA4, dan pixel platform iklan. 3. Menganalisis model atribusi untuk menentukan efektivitas berbagai saluran pemasaran. 4. Melakukan audit rutin terhadap data tracking untuk memastikan tidak ada kebocoran informasi. 5. Berkolaborasi dengan tim pemasaran untuk mengoptimalkan konversi berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan. Kualifikasi

  • Perempuan, usia minimal 22 tahun.
  • Sedang menempuh pendidikan tinggi (Non-Final Year) namun mampu berkomitmen pada jam kerja full-time.
  • Memiliki keahlian teknis dalam Website Administration dan pengelolaan CMS.
  • Memahami konsep dasar digital marketing attribution dan tracking pixels.
  • Mampu mengoperasikan Google Tag Manager dan Google Analytics secara mendalam.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis data yang kuat dan ketelitian tinggi terhadap detail.
  • Bersedia bekerja sepenuhnya di kantor (on-site) sesuai jadwal operasional perusahaan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk berkoordinasi dengan tim teknis dan pemasaran.
