HR Generalist

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing & Growth to lead our marketing and growth initiatives. This role will focus on driving feature adoption, enhancing user journeys, and expanding our market presence for products like Job Expo, CV Analyzer, and Mentoring. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Operations, to execute data-driven growth strategies, improve user engagement, and develop compelling product positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our products.
• Lead and manage multi-channel campaigns and activations to promote new features, including online/offline job expos, community partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team to execute product marketing and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with feature updates and user needs.
