Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in an industrial engineering or manufacturing role, preferably on the shopfloor.
- Solid understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing Principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
- Experience in process analysis, optimization, and problem-solving within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
