Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Troubleshoot system errors, application crashes, and connectivity issues.

• Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, email, or phone.\

• Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up accounts, access permissions, and hardware.

• Monitor system performance and ensure timely updates and security patches.

• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improvements.

• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and solutions.

• Educate users on best practices for cybersecurity and IT policies.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other enterprise applications.

• Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP).

• Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
