Join our dynamic team as a Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist. In this full-time, office-based role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the professional growth of our employees. We are looking for a motivated individual with 1 to 3 years of experience who is passionate about talent development and organizational excellence. Role Summary: As an L&D Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing comprehensive learning programs, and executing development initiatives that align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skills gaps across various departments. - Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules. - Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet specific team objectives. - Manage the end-to-end logistics of on-site training events and external seminars. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using key performance indicators. - Maintain and update the internal Learning Management System (LMS) with relevant content. Kualifikasi
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in designing instructional materials and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an on-site setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Preferred: Certification in training or experience with data analytics for training evaluation.
