Role Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Conservation Architect to join our established firm on a full-time basis. This on-site position is designed for a professional dedicated to the preservation, restoration, and adaptive reuse of heritage buildings. As a key member of our architectural team, you will lead projects that bridge the gap between historical significance and modern utility. This role is specifically tailored for a male professional with a minimum eligibility level of 8 in the field. Responsibilities: Lead comprehensive site assessments and historical research for heritage structures; Develop detailed restoration and conservation plans in alignment with international standards; Oversee on-site project execution to ensure architectural integrity and craftsmanship; Collaborate with historians, engineers, and local authorities to secure necessary permits; Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for large-scale conservation efforts; Provide technical expertise on traditional building materials and specialized repair techniques. Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in conservation architecture or heritage management.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a professional degree in Architecture.
