Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Develop and implement high-quality front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  2. Collaborate with designers to translate mockups and wireframes into fully functional user interfaces.
  3. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  4. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback on design feasibility and usability.
  5. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot performance and code quality issues and propose solutions.
  8. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with server-side logic.
  9. Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  10. Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and promote best practices within the team.

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer, with a focus on web applications.
  3. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  4. Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  5. Solid understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
  6. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).
  7. Familiarity with server-side technologies and web development frameworks is a plus.
  8. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  9. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  10. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
  11. A portfolio or examples of previous work demonstrating expertise in front-end development is highly desirable.
