Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the People Business Partners while partnering with cross-functional teams globally to ensure that our people objectives align with business objectives
- Build strong rapport and trust with people managers and individual contributors to understand and provide counsel on people & culture challenges
- Support people programs and culture initiatives that cultivate an environment which elevate the growth, productivity, and engagement
- Coach and advise managers on employee relations and talent management (learning & development, performance reviews, employee experience)
- Work cross-functionally within the People & Talent team, and acting as a strategic advisor to the People Business Partners and providing internal support and driving impactful initiatives and programs
- Respond to employee inquiries on policies, employee benefits and other people matters in a timely manner
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR, or any related fields
- Prior experience and knowledge in similar industry will be advantageous
- A high degree of ownership and ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent English communication skills - convey confidence, empathy and trust to build effective relationships
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage sensitive issues tactfully
- Organized, with a strong track record of executing, strategizing, and following through with urgency
