We are seeking a driven and analytical Product Manager to join our fully remote team. In this full-time career-focused role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our product lifecycle from conception to launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver exceptional value to our users. Responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, managing and prioritizing the product backlog, conducting market research to identify user needs, and facilitating Agile and Scrum ceremonies to ensure seamless execution. You will also leverage SQL and data analysis to track product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- 1-3 years of experience in product management or a closely related analytical role.
- Proven expertise in Product Roadmap Development and Backlog Management using Jira.
- Strong proficiency in Agile & Scrum Methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability in Data Analysis and SQL for tracking product metrics and user behavior.
- Experience conducting comprehensive Market Research to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Familiarity with User Experience (UX) Design principles and collaborating with design teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in Cross-Functional Team Leadership.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
