Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Assist business operations team and give direct report to Supply Chain Manager to keep good performance
2. Responsible to supervise any movement and distribution in the warehouse (inbound - outbound processes)
3. Make and analyze budget plans as well as doing stock maintenance
4. Monitor book orders and shipment process on daily basis
5. Liaise and negotiate with outsource regarding the need of manpower
6. Prepare long term plan of changing manual processes to be system-based (E-Logistic)
7. Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
Kualifikasi
1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields.
2. Experience in customer service will be appreciated
3. Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
4. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
5. Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
6. Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
