Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to launch impactful features.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Prioritize product features using data-driven insights and customer feedback.
- Monitor product performance metrics and iterate quickly based on learnings.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring products deliver value and exceed expectations.
- Mentor junior product team members and contribute to a high-performing product culture.
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful products at scale.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. (MBA is a plus.)
